What You Bring
- 5–7 years of experience in supply chain consulting, manufacturing, or industry leadership
- An MBA from a recognized institution
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Proven success in implementation and change management
- Analytical skills and experience with tools like Power BI
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to grow with a team that values people as much as performance
- Willingness to travel extensively (expenses reimbursed; generous per diem provided)
Preferred Expertise
We’re especially interested in candidates with experience in:
- Supply chain planning and demand forecasting
- ERP/MRP remediation and master data management
- Sourcing, capital allocation, and SKU rationalization
- Production scheduling, capacity planning, and Lean Six Sigma
- Inventory reduction strategies
- Distribution, logistics, and warehouse optimization
- Designing and implementing Management Operating Systems (MOS)
