Senior Consultant (Contract)- ERP Syteline Required
Synergetics has a project that will be launching in the next six weeks. We are seeking a planning/scheduling contractor who has experience in assessment, analysis, and we believe implementation of improved process. The senior consultant is required to have deep understanding and knowledge of Syteline. The project are based in the industrial manufacturing. This position is Contract with 100% travel at the client site Monday through Friday.

Job Summary
As a consultant, you will help develop and deliver customized approaches to the client that meets our client’s specific needs. We are a boutique firm, so everyone gets their hands dirty. We all do analysis and create PowerPoints; we expect deep analysis and creative solutions from each of our team members. We implement practical solutions to help the client to do more with what they have and innovative solutions to take advantage of techniques and technologies they have not tried.
Position overview:
Work with client organizations to enhance our client's planning and scheduling process. These initiatives will be accomplished through strategic planning. Project Management experience in a team environment is required. Job location is client dependent and is considered as remote, so 100% travel availability is also required.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify clients’ problems, opportunities, and risks associated with this distinct part of their operation
- Gather and analyze relevant data, conduct client and vendor interviews, and time studies.
- Develop and evaluate alternative strategies to achieve specific savings objectives. Develop reports and performance metrics and present findings to client management and implementation teams.
- Work with clients to develop and implement tools, systems, and process solutions and improvements. Provide training, coaching, and process documentation.
- Work in a hands-on mode until all alternatives are examined through extensive analyses and all procedural work streams are in place and fully functioning.
Required Experience and Skills - 10 years experience required
- Syteline expertise, ability to make changes where necessary, and implementation experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering with emphasis on Inventory Management. Masters degree preferred.
Additional Skills / Experience Desired: APICS, CPIM, PMP, Lean/Six Sigma or other certification
Other Requirements
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel – including data extraction, statistical review, modelling
- Excellent communication and presentation ability including PowerPoint expertise
- Familiarity with process mapping
